Submit Your Message

Initial Response
Our team will acknowledge your message promptly and follow up with a substantive response as soon as we can. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Follow-Up

Getting in Touch
How We Handle Enquiries
We are committed to responding to every enquiry we receive, even those that fall outside our current focus. As a small, founder-led team, every message that comes through our contact form is read personally and routed to the right person. For project submissions, mandate proposals, investor enquiries, and partnership requests, we have dedicated forms that help us understand your situation and provide a useful initial response.
For general enquiries, media requests, partnership discussions, regulatory questions, and everything else, the contact form on this page is the right starting point. When you submit a message, please be as specific as possible about what you are looking for. A message that explains your background, your specific question or request, and what outcome you are hoping for will receive a faster, more useful response than a general introduction.
We are headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, and are glad to hear from partners and prospective clients wherever they are based. If you are contacting us about an urgent matter, please indicate this in your message or follow up by telephone using the contact details below, and we will do our best to prioritise it during normal business hours in the East Africa Time (EAT) zone.
Response Standards
What You Can Expect From Us
Being a small, boutique team is a genuine advantage when it comes to responsiveness. There is no large organisation to route your message through, we read and respond to enquiries directly. We aim to acknowledge every message quickly and follow up with a substantive response as soon as we reasonably can, and we prioritise enquiries flagged as urgent.
The quality of our initial response to an enquiry is as important to us as the speed. We aim to provide responses that are specific, informative, and actionable, not generic acknowledgements that leave the recipient no better informed than before they made contact. Where we cannot answer a question fully in the initial response, we tell you why and give you a sense of what comes next. We are also direct about situations where we are not the right firm for what you need and, where appropriate, we suggest alternatives.
For engagements that progress beyond initial contact, you will work directly with a member of our team who serves as your primary point of contact throughout. This person will know your situation, will be available for questions, and will coordinate internally to make sure the right people are involved at the right stages. Continuity of relationship is something both clients and our team value, and our size makes it easy to deliver.
Feedback is valuable to us. If you have interacted with our team and your experience was not what you expected, positive or negative, we want to know. Positive feedback helps us understand what we do well and reinforces the behaviours and standards that produce it. Negative feedback helps us identify and correct problems before they affect future clients. We treat all feedback as a resource, not a threat, and we welcome it through any channel.
