Being physically located in Kenya allows us to build direct relationships with the regulators, development finance institutions, government agencies, and commercial banks that make transactions possible. As a new, founder-led firm, we are focused on building deep local market knowledge here in Kenya before considering where else to grow.

Can I meet with the Boostbridge team in person?
Yes. We welcome in-person meetings at our Nairobi office. Please get in touch to schedule an appointment. We also conduct frequent field visits to client markets outside Nairobi, and are happy to meet via video conference where an in-person visit is not practical.
Does Boostbridge operate outside Kenya?
Not yet. Boostbridge currently operates exclusively in Kenya, and that focus is deliberate, we would rather build genuine depth in one market than spread thin. As our practice grows, we intend to build relationships that support clients in other emerging and frontier markets, but our advisory work today is Kenya-focused.

Why Nairobi
The choice of where to base a clean energy advisory firm is a strategic decision, not an accident of history. We chose Nairobi as our headquarters because Kenya's clean energy sector is where the immediate need for bankable, well-structured projects is, and because Nairobi is where the government agencies, regulators, and project sponsors central to that market are based.
Nairobi is also home to the regional offices of development finance institutions, commercial banks, and impact investors we engage with directly on behalf of Kenyan clean energy projects, giving us proximity to the counterparties who make transactions possible.
Being based in one place, focused on one market, means our small team works closely together on every mandate rather than spreading thin. As our practice grows, we intend to build out from this base deliberately, rather than claim a footprint we don't yet have.
Office Culture
What Our Office Is Like to Work In
Our office is designed to reflect the character of the firm: serious about the work, open to ideas, and genuinely collaborative. We do not have large corner offices reserved for senior partners or elaborate entertainment facilities. Our space is functional, well-resourced, and conducive to the kind of focused, detailed analytical work that our transactions require. We also invest in spaces and moments for team interaction, informal discussion is how ideas get tested and refined at Boostbridge, and we create opportunities for this kind of exchange without engineering it artificially.
Remote and hybrid working is supported for roles where it is consistent with the work requirements. Transaction-critical work, client meetings, investment committee presentations, due diligence calls, is conducted in person or by video conference with full team participation. Background analytical and research work can often be done effectively from home. We do not mandate rigid office attendance policies but we do expect team members to be present when their colleagues and clients need them to be, and we hold ourselves to the same standard of availability we expect from our clients.
Our Nairobi office is located in Valley Arcade, close to the regional offices of major development finance institutions, commercial banks, and professional services firms with whom we work regularly. Proximity to these counterparties, the ability to walk to a meeting rather than spend an hour in transit, is a genuine operational advantage in a business where in-person relationship-building is important.
