Boostbridge Consulting Limited has officially begun operations in Nairobi. That sentence is simple. What sits behind it is a deliberate bet about how clean energy advisory should actually work in a market like Kenya's, and it's worth explaining why we built the firm this way rather than any of the more conventional alternatives available to us.
The Gap We Exist to Close
Boostbridge is a specialist advisory firm built at the intersection of investment, development, and finance in renewable energy. The firm exists to bridge the gap between capital seeking opportunity and clean energy projects in need of expertise and funding, and we chose to start that work deliberately in Kenya, where the need for well-structured, bankable renewable energy projects is immediate and the opportunity is genuinely significant, not a market we're using as a stepping stone toward somewhere else.
We are not positioning ourselves as an established, multi-country institution. We're a new, founder-led firm making a deliberate bet that a boutique, sector-focused advisory model, built first in Kenya, is the right way to serve the transactions this market actually needs.
What We're Actually Built to Do
Our leadership brings a combined 25+ years of experience across project finance and renewable energy, experience we intend to put directly to work on every mandate rather than delegate down to a layer of junior execution the way larger, more generalist firms often do. The firm's service offering spans five areas: market entry advisory, project origination and sourcing, project finance and capital mobilization, technical and feasibility advisory, and transaction and deal structuring, covering the full value chain from a client's first steps into the market through to financial close.
What We're Building Toward
- A boutique advisory model where senior leadership stays directly involved in every mandate, not handed off after the pitch
- Deep, working relationships with the development finance institutions, lenders, developers, and government counterparts central to Kenya's clean energy sector
- A sector-exclusive focus on renewable energy, rather than treating it as one line of business among many competing for the same attention
- A deliberately Kenya-first foundation, with every intention of growing into wider emerging and frontier markets over time, once genuine depth is established at home first
Why We're Telling You This
Most firms wait until they have a longer track record before publishing anything about themselves. We'd rather be honest from day one about exactly what we are: a new firm, not an established one, betting that specialist focus and direct senior involvement beat scale and breadth for the kind of transactions Kenya's clean energy market actually needs closed. For project sponsors, investors, and capital providers interested in working with the firm, more information is available through our Nairobi office, and we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
