Digital infrastructure's power demand is growing quickly, and increasingly, developers and investors want that demand met with clean, reliable generation rather than diesel backup or unabated grid draw. That puts data centers and digital infrastructure squarely at the intersection of two capital-intensive sectors, technology infrastructure and clean energy, each with its own financing conventions that don't always translate cleanly into the other.
